An herbivore is somthing that eats plants. A carnivore is an animal that eats meat. An omnivore is an animal that eats meat and plants. The relationship between them is that the herbivores eat plants, the predators eat the prey which is the herbivore, and the scavengers eat the dead animals. If you take the plants away, the herbivores will die because of no food. Then, the carnivores will die because of no food.
The plants will grow back because they will get sun, light, and water, which plants need to grow. They will also come back because there are no herbivores to eat it. The herbivores will come back, and then, the carnivores will come back, because they now have food. This is an example of interdependence, which means that things depend on each other. These reports are on the deep ocean, where very little things live. Everywhere there is interdependence, even in the deep ocean. The deep ocean is dark, there is no light.

The goblin shark is a carnivore, because it eats meat. The goblin shark is a weird looking shark, because it has a slender, flabby body and a pointed snout with tiny eyes. It has been found off the coast of New South Wales, the Bass Strait of Australia, the bottom tip of Africa, and the top of South America and Japan. They may hunt by electricity fields, since teeth have been found in under water electric cables.
The sponge is a scavenger, because it waits for things to float by, and it is an omnivore, because it eats plants and animals. The sponge is an animal that can come in all colors. It eats microscopic plants and animals which it catches by waiting for it to float by. It dosen't hunt it down. Sponges are surprising because: They drink 64 glasses of water daily and there are more than 5,000 species. The smallest is less than 1 inch long, the largest is 3 to 6 feet . They grow on rocks on seabeds.
Sponges hatch from eggs, are related to jellyfish and coral, have no heart, brain, head, mouth or any other body part. They get food by water flowing through the holes in them. They are food for mollusks, fish, and crustaceans but are protected by their smell because they smell bad and taste bad. Small creatures such as pistol crabs hide in the remains of sponges.
The cuttlefish is an omnivore. Cuttlefish are related to squid and they are small and colorful. They migrate from shallow water in the summer, and the deep sea by the winter. The approximately 100 species of cuttlefish range from 2.5 to 90 centimeters (1 to 35 inches) long, and have flattened bodies blocked by a pair of narrow fins. All species have eight arms and two longer tentacles that are used in capturing prey and putting in two pouches. Suction disks are located on the arms and on expanded pads at the tips some of the tentacles. That means that the expanded pads are on 2 out of 10 tentacles. The cuttlefish's jobs are to level things out, in other words, if there are too many plants, they eat it. They also level out the number of fish.
